How does Unito’s pricing work?
Section titled “How does Unito’s pricing work?”Pricing for all Unito plans is in U.S. dollars (USD). Please note that taxes are applicable only to customers in Canada.
The cost of each Unito plan is determined by the number of items you wish to sync and the specific features you need.
So when you’re choosing a plan, you should consider:
Not sure which plan you need? You can start building your first flow to get an idea of which plan you’ll need, or book a demo with our enterprise specialists.
If you’re on a legacy plan based on active users, you can find more information about how we count active users here.
What happens if I go over my limit of items in sync?
Section titled “What happens if I go over my limit of items in sync?”If you exceed your limit of items in sync without changing plans, you’ll be automatically upgraded to the closest appropriate plan to your current items in sync count during your next payment cycle.
If that’s going to happen, we’ll notify you in the app and via email. These notifications will also tell you which plan you’ll need to support your increased usage. We will not pause your flows during this time.

How many apps or tools can I connect to Unito?
Section titled “How many apps or tools can I connect to Unito?”Currently, new Unito users have two options based on their plan:
-
to connect one tool to any other(s) or;
-
to connect any tool(s) to any other(s).
If your plan enables you to connect one tool to any other(s), that means one of the tools in all of your active flows must be the same. You can think of it as your hub tool.
You can change your hub tool at any point simply by ensuring that all of your active flows include the same tool (with any other(s) connected to it).
If your plan allows you to connect any tool to any other(s), then there’s no limit to the number of tool combinations you can choose.
