Unsupported Features: Jira Service Management
Here’s a breakdown of what Unito’s integration for this tool can’t do yet and a few other considerations.
Unsupported Jira Service Management fields
Section titled “Unsupported Jira Service Management fields”- Multi-line text fields: Not currently supported by this integration.
- Checkboxes: These can’t be synced by Unito.
- Time-tracking: This field isn’t supported.
- Story point estimate: This can’t be synced with Unito.
- Voted: Not supported.
Other Jira Service Management limitations
Section titled “Other Jira Service Management limitations”- Mapping Reporter to other assignee fields: Not supported currently.
- Fix version: Currently, this field can only be mapped to Text custom fields, not dropdowns or lists.
- Sprints in next-gen projects: Not currently supported.
Other Jira Service Management considerations
Section titled “Other Jira Service Management considerations”Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”You need administrator permissions to connect your Jira Service Management account to Unito. Once the account is connected, you only need project-level admin permissions to create a flow.
Compatibility
Section titled “Compatibility”Unito is compatible with Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and on-premise versions of Jira. You can use Unito with Jira Server version 6.7.7 and up.
Jira offers both classic and next-generation projects. Both types of projects are compatible with Unito.
