****Jira Data Center attachments are supported through streamed attachments, which make the attachment visible in both tools without jumping between Jira projects. Attachment support for Jira Data Center is only available for some plans.

  • Subtasks: Jira subtasks can be synced with other tools that have subtasks, such as Asana.
  • Issue types: When a Jira issue is created to match a task in another tool — like a Trello card — you can determine which issue type will be created by default.
  • Copied, linked, and streamed attachments: You can sync Jira attachments as hyperlinks that lead right to the tool you sync with, distinct attachments available even without access to the synced tool, or a copy available natively within both tools.
  • Issue numbers as prefixes: You can have a Jira issue number automatically added as a prefix in the work item it’s synced to outside of Jira Server.
  • Rich text formatting: When syncing fields with rich text, Unito can sync headings, bold, underline, italic, strikethrough, hyperlinks, unordered lists, and tables.
